might not be forwarded to owners if no signed contract exists.

- Creative Ownership Solutions contains some links to other web sites. We are not
responsible for the content in those web sites, and such web sites are not monitored
by us.
- Limited right to use. The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, form

Solutions and that any credit information you supply is true and complete. Charges
incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company and that you will pay
the charges incurred by you at the time of sale.

- The 10% money back guarantee requires valid proof of sale in the form of a copy
of the purchaser's processed check and/or closing papers including sale price from
the title company. Sale price must be within 10% of owner's original asking price
as listed on Creative Ownership Solutions.
- In the event of cancellation there is a $199.00 fee for building the advertisement,
and a prorated daily charge for running the ad, based on your advertisement fee,
divided by the number of days ad was listed.
